Question	Who do I contact if I have any questions?
Answer	If you have any additional queries, please email EMEA_technology_conference@hilton.com.

Question	How do I pay for my conference fee?
Answer	There will be a maximum charge of £XXX per attendee and this will cover accommodation and all meals during the conference. Excludes any extras and incidentals that you will settle on departure.

Question	How do I make my hotel reservation?
Answer	The POG will detail the full package, which will include XXX night’s accommodation (from XXX – XXX inclusive).

Do I pay for my incidentals at check out?

Answer

There should not be any additional expenses charged to rooms outside of the agreed delegate fee. Any private incidentals (e.g. laundry) are private expenses.

Question	Who is responsible for making my airline reservations?
Answer	Delegates are responsible for making airline reservations. You will need to have confirmed your travel details in order to register for this event. Please book once you have received the invitation to register and confirmed with your GM.

Question	What happens if I need to cancel my attendance at the conference?
Answer	If, for any reason, you cannot attend the conference once you have registered, please inform EMEA_technology_conference@hilton.com. Please note that once you have registered for the conference, you will be liable for the conference fee even if you later cancel your attendance, so please ensure that you have obtained approval from your Line Manager before registering.

Question	Do I need to get a Visa?
Answer	Information on who needs a visa to enter United Arab Emirates can be found here. You are responsible for sorting your own visa.

Question	What is the Currency?
Answer	The official currency used in the United Arab Emirates is the dirham.

Question	Who should I advise of any special dietary requirements?
Answer	Please mention this when you register so that we can capture all information. If you have forgotten to mention this when registering, please contact EMEA_technology_conference@hilton.com.

Question	What is the Dress Code?
Answer	The event is smart casual. Please ensure you pack for the weather, In April, the average in Abu Dhabi is 27 degrees.

Question	How far is the hotel from the airport?
Answer	The hotel is an 11-minute drive from Zayed International Airport, also known as Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Question	What should I do if I hear a fire alarm during my stay?
Answer	There are no plans for a fire drill over the event days. In the event of the drill sounding, please follow hotel updates.

Question	What time is checkout?
Answer	Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
